For dpn, (more) efficient communication means one of two things: continuing to deliver the same marketing collateral as at present but in a smarter, less expensive and more efficient way, or being able to produce more than at present for the same time and money.
A few years ago the communication process was very simple: a company would use roughly the same messages for all target groups. Today it is altogether different: the messages are diversified to suit different recipients, both internally and externally. The messages and information also change rapidly, and it is essential to always have access to the right materials and make sure they reach the right recipients.
This is why dpn has developed services to help communication-intensive companies take control of their marketing collateral. Different companies need different services, and you can choose one or more areas where you think dpn can contribute the most. If you are carrying out a major overhaul of how you produce your marketing collateral, we are happy to begin with an analysis of your current working method. This tends to provide a sound basis for where to focus further efforts.
