dpn focuses on the graphic production of marketing collateral, digital print and the storage and distribution of printed materials. dpn has a number of services for producing marketing collateral. They are unique and tailored to the needs of companies in the B2B sector. The services offered by dpn range from a thorough analysis of the company’s needs, to storage and distribution of the printed matter.

– dpn can conduct a thorough analysis of the customer’s current situation in order to recommend a cost-effective solution.

– dpn has resources for dealing with issues relating to the graphic design and graphic production of promotional material, whether producing originals from scratch or adapting existing material.

– dpn can store productions such as images, illustrations and print-ready artwork originals in a database, Media Organizer. This enables customers to retain full control of their productions. They know where all the documents are, and images and other material can easily be accessed online. Only the most recently updated document is visible in the database, which eliminates the risk of using an old, inaccurate version. All images and documents are quality assured before being placed in the database, as per our agreement with the customer. It is also important to emphasize that the customer owns all copyright for the documents in the database.

– Approved documents can be ordered from the warehouse, provided they are stored there. Alternatively, to print documents via digital print place an order through either the service we call eCommerce or PrintFlow. This gives our customers complete control over which productions can be ordered via digital print and which are in the warehouse, along with a current stock balance. This is an important service because we are increasingly recommending that our customers switch to digital print, in smaller quantities but more frequently, in order to reduce wastage and the need for storage wherever possible.

– dpn also offers a service in the PrintFlow system whereby the customer can personally adapt an approved document locally. This could be a change to a text or image that is more suitable for a specific customer situation and does not need to be approved.

– Finally, dpn offers the possibility to store and distribute the printed material directly from our warehouse in Malmö.
